Refunds are eligible only before project confirmation, specifically up to the Intro & Demo Call stage.

You may request a refund if:

• You have completed payment, and

• The project has not yet been confirmed after the Intro & Demo Call, and

• No domain or hosting has been assigned to you.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• After project confirmation

• After domain registration is completed

• After hosting has been activated

• After development work has started

• After source code, documentation, or credentials have been shared

• If delay occurs due to incomplete information or non-responsiveness from the user

Domain registration and hosting charges are strictly non-refundable once processed.

4. Digital Service Clause

Since our services involve digital products, technical setup, domain procurement, hosting allocation, and development work, they cannot be returned once delivered or initiated.

By making payment, you acknowledge and agree that digital services are non-returnable once activated.

5. Cancellation Requests

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in:

• Immediate suspension of services

• Permanent restriction from future enrollments

• Legal action if services have already been delivered
