This Terms & Conditions document explains how Smartlogix Ai Private Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides and manages services when you use www.liveprojects.in and enroll in our Live Project Course.
We provide live project-based learning services including Laravel projects, domain registration, hosting, deployment, documentation, portfolio setup, and technical support. All services are digital and customized based on the selected project.
Our services are intended for students, freshers, job seekers, and individuals seeking real-world project experience. Users must provide accurate and complete personal and contact information during registration.
Users may select one project from the available list.
Project confirmation occurs after the Intro & Demo Call.
Once the project is confirmed, development begins and the order becomes final.
The standard delivery timeline is up to 30 days from project confirmation. This includes:
UI/UX setup
Development
Testing
Deployment
Documentation
Delays caused by late responses, pending approvals, or third-party dependencies are not our responsibility.
A free .in domain and 1-year shared hosting are included in the package.
Once assigned:
They cannot be transferred, cancelled, or refunded.
Renewal after one year is subject to applicable charges.
Project source code is provided strictly for learning and portfolio purposes.
Commercial resale, redistribution, or business usage of the code is not permitted without prior written permission from Smartlogix Ai Private Limited.
Portfolio themes provided are free to download and may be used across multiple personal domains. We do not restrict personal usage of portfolio designs.
Full payment must be completed before project development begins.
Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the Refund Policy.
Refunds are eligible only up to the Intro & Demo Call stage.
Once:
The project is confirmed, and
Domain/hosting is assigned,
No refunds will be issued.
Domain and hosting costs are strictly non-refundable.
Users must:
Provide accurate personal and project details
Share complete requirements
Provide timely feedback and approvals
Delays caused by incomplete information or non-responsiveness may affect delivery timelines.
All project templates, systems, documentation, and learning materials remain the intellectual property of Smartlogix Ai Private Limited.
Users receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal and educational use only.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve services at any time to maintain quality and performance.
We are not responsible for indirect outcomes such as job placements, interview results, or business success.
Our liability is limited strictly to the delivery of services as described.
We may suspend or terminate services if a user:
Violates these Terms
Misuses the platform
Engages in unethical or fraudulent activities
